UD Friday, nice

Started the day with a Zumba class.

2 boiled eggs and some crispy bacon for lunch.

Not sure about this evening. May go out, may not...

Feeling sane at the outset - not feeling the insatiable hunger that was dominant for a while on UD mornings.

TV interview later this morning, the prospect of which makes me a wee bit nervous and desirous of sugar. Hoping that knowing this will help keep me sane.

Plan: a couple of eggs before I head out for the day.
Crockpot chicken wings for dinner. Arranged these because my daughter is in town. Turns out she doesn't like wings and won't be here for dinner anyway. Life cracks me up some days.

S: 1 oz sharp cheddar, 14 slices pepperoni
L: We are ordering out, probably from the Mediterranean place. I guess I'll order a kabob of some sort and a salad. No rice or bread.

me-- I just updated yesterday-- said I didn't want to be sad and hungry at the same time. One or the other, I can handle.
I'm going to let myself be sad for a few days, so my meals are likely going to go out the window.

And sorry to say, the LC plan I had too. I will get myself together next week, but I need a few days...

B: probably cereal and almond milk
L: not a clue-- today is the last of the all-day web trainings
D: I have frozen pierogies, and leftover tiny beef hamburgers. with some onions and sour cream, sounds like the comfort food I'm craving.

tomorrow is the day. to all of you b/c I know you're supporting me/us.

Comfort is an excellent idea Soren. Thinking about you.and doggo.

Thanks for the broken legs. I had a great time. This guy was like Charlie Rose: thoughtful, direct, smart, very interesting. We had an excellent time, and I don't have a TV so I'll never have to watch it.

*Yay, the alcohol moratorium is over! Happy! I need to fit in another 500-600 calories somewhere, so likely will have a nice afternoon snack or an appetizer.

Target: 1800-1900 calories

Soren, just . You'll be in my heart and thoughts tomorrow.

Kristin, how exciting! I'm glad it went well. So, any chance those of us who do have TVs can see this interview?

crispix cereal with a bit of "light" granola, and almond milk

that kept me going a long while.

then, some collard greens, and a 5oz burger with mustard.

Dinner will be as I said, pierogies with onions and sour cream, and burgers if more protein is needed.

I might drink tomorrow.

Didn't have time for a snack, so no cheese/pepperoni
L: I ordered lamb shank, salad, and veggies. The lamb shank, which I expected to be roasted, was slow cooked in a tomato based sauce. I got as much of the sauce off as I could. It was delicious. The veggies were green beans and corn, so I picked a few green beans out, but they were gross. I ate my salad and ranch though. I forgot how difficult Atkins can be sometimes.

DH said he's going to make dinner, but I don't know what yet.

Finished up at 1809 and felt like I ate great all day. I had some cheddar cheese with my chili at lunch, and one Lindt white chocolate truffle right after dinner and feel very satisfied. Oh, and that gimlet....

Dinner was 4 oz steak, 3/4 C green beans with butter, a large rum/Cascade Ice coconut, 1 SF Reese's PB cub, 1 SF Hershey's mini dark chocolate, and 3 spicy pork rinds.

My ud was too much. I had about 2100. Wth. I was out of control eating. Ugh. My hubby has been out of town and wants to take me out tonight for dinner. But this should now be a dd. I guess I will fast all day and try to eat semi good at dinner.

I didn't really count yesterday. I think I was at around 900-1100 before dinner, then I ate part of a salad with crispy chicken and ranch, drank some white wine, and had some cheese, avocado and nuts before bed. I feel extremely empty today lol, and weak. I've had this same feeling last time I did LC...most people claim they feel less hunger on DDs when doing LC, but I think I am the opposite.
