Dd Monday but not down physically:) I'm much better.
More good news, I m totally back into my normal clothes. So nice. Boy they really had a break!
My weekend plans for Sat and Sun to always be UD's are needing more practice.
Here's the not good news....
I labeled yesterday as up with sodium day. Yikes I had done so well.
Corn chips, Chester corn puffs, I should shush now.

Congratulations that clothing fits again - that is great news!
Still at goal 2/6/13
Changed to LCHF after becoming diabetic in 9/13 (Lost 15 more pounds).
STILL below goal 11/21/15
I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!
JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Good going Terri! Sounds like limiting your sodium made you want it BAD in the long run. I know it would do that to me. I love my salt!
