struggling.

i woke up at 4am this morning and fell back to sleep around 5:30, only to have the alarm go off at 6:15. can NOT wake up and i am STARVING. i think i would have been better off just getting up at 4 . i know it is lack of sleep, as i am so sensitive to craving bad foods when i do not get enough rest. it is going to be a tough one today, friends.

Sorry. I absolutely know what you mean. If I don't get enough sleep I get soooooooo hungry.

Before you go to bed tonight eat something that will help you sleep. For some reason a bowl of Cheerios does it for me when I'm not sleepy at night. Maybe warm milk for you?

I usually end my down days with a Ľ cup of milk that has 1 square of Lindt 90% melted into it. It stops me from being too hungry to sleep.

thanks for the love ladies! i ended up able to nap, which helped tremendously. THEN my dh came home with delish hoagies from my favorite place..... with homemade chips even... and.... well, that was all she wrote! so an UD yesterday and another today as i had an event to go to. TOMORROW for the love of all that is holy... MUST be a FANTABULOUS DD!!
