Hi there. I recently stumbled across low carb/high fat during a conversation with a friend. She is down 30 lbs this year from following the program.
I have always used an online tracking site for tracking calories and have it set right now as follows:
38 g carbs - 10% (gross carbs)
75 g protein 20%
117 g fat 70%
I usually end up eating around 1400-1450 calories.
Once I get my cast off (broke my wrist Christmas day) I swim for exercise or walk on the treadmill.
I truly feel sinful eating like this LOL. However, I think it may be the way I need to go.
I am sure I will have questions.
