Dr. P. Attia podcast

I follow Dr. Peter Attia's blog and really appreciate the work he is doing with Nusi and was intrigued and confused by his recent podcast interview with the angriest trainer (Vinnie Tortorich). Btw, the interview begins at about 17 mins. if you want to cut to the chase.

I wonder if anyone else listened to it and if so what did you think?

Thanks Cathy for pointing out the interview. I find his blog and video presentations very interesting though his interviews less so (through no fault of his own.) Talking about respiratory exchange ratios and VCO2/VO2 max measurments encompasses whole fields of study (exercise physiology, molecular / cellular biology) in and of itself. To link that with nutritional fat-adaptation and ketosis is very interesting and to do it justice would normally take much more detail, time, graphs (for me..lol) etc. I applaud his efforts and am glad disciplined researchers/writers etc are out there turning people on to material/ideas that might be new to them. Hopefully they might go down the "rabbit hole" like many of us and adjust their views away from the unhealthy/ unsuccessful misconceptions of the old guard. If you enjoy Attia's work, look into Petro Dobromylskyj at high.fat.nutrition.blogspot or google hyperlipid. There are some well researched articles there that you may enjoy.

I agre that the subject matter is complicated and diverse. I read his blog regularly and refer to it for good info.

I have long been a fan of Peter at hyperlipid. I enjoy his wit and occasionally can understand some of what he talks about! ;-).
