Honestly, I'm not really sure weight-wise. I weighed right before Christmas and was up 2 pounds, and down 1/4 inch or so. I called it success. Then I proceeded to have no DDs and many many UUADs that I didn't count calories. I felt bloated and FAT, but my clothes still fit fine, and visually I don't seem bigger, so I'm thinking not too much damage. I just feel a little more jiggly in the tummy area. That will come off easily with a good, solid January!

I am happy. 129 at the end of the year and that is just fine.

Made my goal of 145! That was my initial final goal, but I'm re-evaluating. Can't exactly say I'm pleased with the overall look if you know what I mean...

But I'm very happy to have the burden of 35 lb melted away!

I just need my skin to catch up to the new size. It's not as easy as a new pair of jeans

CONGRATULATIONS!

This is great news and you should be so proud of yourself! Don't worry about the skin just yet. Mine has shrunk up quite nicely and I've lost 100 pounds more than you! So you have a great chance of it tightening up. I'm not saying there's not a bit of sag here and there, but considering my losses and my age, I'm pleased.

Now, enjoy your new body!

I maintained within my 124-127lbs range despite the holiday season so I'm pleased with December's outcomes for this.

Thanks for the encouragement! I'm glad to hear some tightening up would be expected. I think there's already been some improvement, but I wasn't sure if I was imagining things

I did not make my December goal, however I did weigh less at the end of December than I did when I started back to JUDDD and my new WOE...approximately 11 pounds less. Not too shabby.

I was 123 at the start of December and 121 this afternoon when we got home. We had two weeks at my parents’ surrounded by food and with no down days, so I’m very pleased with that!

If this thread isn't proof of JUDDD's and ADF's efficacy, I don't know what is! WTG everyone, and how nice to be able to enjoy the holidays without all the drama, guilt, and tight clothes.

I pretty much maintained all of dec, given the food I was surrounded with and the emotional days I had. I call it a win. Could have been MUCH worse.

Congrats to all that held fast or lost!

SIRT1s are supposed to last about three weeks, once you are up to your 'top level'. So, definitely long enough for most people to have a pleasant holiday season, and be able to get back on track fairly easily.

I didn’t realise they could last that long! (Must go and read up on what they actually do.)

In the short term, I'm up a couple of pounds from right before Christmas. However, in the bigger view, I lost 9 pounds over the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years season. Now that that is out of the way, I hope to really accelerate the losses.
