Im looking forward to having ALLL the goodies out of the house again.

THANK YOU Slow for posting information about the few pounds that we all are sharing that are salt related. We know it in our heads, surely I didnt eat 11,000 calories in sweets to gain this 2 lbs. Yes it will all shake loose after we stop the treat intake. Easy said right
I actually was please just to see two lbs.
Keep dry Slow, hoping for the best for your area.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Don't want to mis lead.
WhenI restarted judddd again I was 147lbs.
If I would of kept on my path of eating, for sure I would of been 150 before the holidays then add 2 lbs.
My math tells me I'm a lucky girl to of seen the light again.
I'm struggling with high dd's with the holiday goodies.
Must stop the madness NOW today.
I did tell my f I law a little about this woe. Only that I've lost a few pounds by eating lite one day and eating more normal the next day. He giggled and said "well whatever works."
Subject was changed, so glad I did tell him.
He also said, he didn't think I could gain weight, he's my favorite
Oh one more thing.
I'd get to wear my real clothes over dec 24 and dec 25!
That was nice a feeling Jeans were a little snug.

So glad you are back! Good to hear of your success.

This coming Thursday will mark two weeks since I started back on JUDD after a long absence.

I'm really glad to be back, too. I have not felt that old JUDD magic kick in for me yet. Hopefully when I get a whole month under my belt I'll be feeling the energy, the appetite suppression and some fat loss. I'm a big mess right now!

You inspire me to keep going!
