DD Friday: menu and plans
Today's DD may be a little disrupted by the storm and the flood warning. However, there is a plan and I'll be prepared for it to be disrupted.
B: coffee with MCT oil and SF syrup
L: broth with shirataki noodles and shredded cabbage
D: ling fish in broth with red peppers, dried tomato and maybe shirataki noodles
A hearty, relaxing DD to us all.

Yesterday's DD turned out to be an MD of at least 1,000, after tasting Christmas leftovers. I was still down 3 lbs. from my holiday feasting high of 150, but I'm figuring that if I do a dd today then I can have an UD on Sat.
Today's DD 400 @ 147 lbs.

Swiss Miss Diet Hot Cocoa w/ 1 tsp. cocnut oil
1 Coco light pop w/ sprinkle Splenda & cinn.
Goals: 140 lbs. & size 6 (Again)... Be healthy, slim, strong, firm, flexible, fit & feeling fabulous.

I have not weighed since Monday - nor have I had a DD.
Today is the day I get back on track. My stomach is grumbling as it has gotten use to too much food. Today - TOO BAD...
Since I have to work today, I hope a DD will be easier - when I am home the darn cookies, nuts, chips etc. call to me.
b/ coffee with half and half - 20 calories
throughout the day sipping ACV in water
d/ Big green salad with a little lean protein and zero calorie dressing
I hope to go as low as I can in calories.

Also going to try to drink more water. I felt horrible on Christmas and couldn't figure out why. I had enough sleep and I was pretty much over my cold. Then I thought about how much I had to drink the past couple of days... Hardly anything! I was really dehydrated.
