Successful DD

I really wanted to do a full fast yesterday. The DD before I only ate 280 calories so I was hoping I could do it. I did! I was amazed that I was not really that hungry. I drank a lot of water. I thought I might be too hungry when I went to bed last night and wouldn't be able to sleep but that didn't happen at all. I woke up today feeling refreshed and ready for breakfast . I'm not sure if I'll do that all the time but it is nice to feel in control of my eating for once. Today I'm going to enjoy our work Christmas luncheon. Oh, and I'm down another .4. Not much, but I had 2 UD's together and chocolate cookies kept calling my name (why do I love to bake?) so anything down was a victory to me.

Have a great day everyone!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.

Great job! Nothing like the feeling of making it through a low DD. Wish I could do it every DD, but hey if you can get one in here and there that helps too.

well done Lynne. I love a food free DD occasionally.

Embrace a little hunger. It is the sign of healing.

Hunger is not an emergency.

It's not what you eat between Christmas and New Year that makes you fat, it's what you eat between New Year and Christmas.
