We've eaten all the cookies.
i do plan to fit in making a batch today.
Ive been needing one egg for the cranberry lemon cookie recipe.
Our chickens have not given us eggs in over two week.
Iit depends on them if we have cookie this evening.

Baking chocolate cupcakes for dd#2's birthday tomorrow, and not eating any! But breathing in deeply and enjoying the aroma. No frosting licks, either.

What I AM eating:
B: coffee with HWC
L: nuts, my little aperatif. Pumpkin soup. Porchetta, creamed turnips, slow-cooked cabbage
S: black tea
D: I don't know if I can face it. Veg and hummus, maybe a chicken leg, a pear and some gruyere? Some pumpkin cheesecake to get the calories up. Maybe will add some sour cream on top, or more HWC in a low-carb cocoa.

I will really be ready to stop eating afterwards, that's for sure.
Total: around 1500

I started this morning with some pork in green sauce and sour cream, and a cup of kale/broccoli/brussel sprout/etc salad.
I'm going to have a lunch out of sashimi and seaweed salad, maybe some rice.
Afternoon snack of pork chops.
And a late dinner of ribs and greens.

Looking forward to all of it.

Up on the scale after my DD but I know shy. Wasnt a very good DD & didn't drink enough water. My fingers are fat this morning. Dead give away!

11:30 am cold canned salmon 250 calories, half the can
Dinner ? Left over chili with beans, followed by butter popcorn.
Snack ? Chickens don't look interested in me making cookies today. Still early in the day for then, an egg could happen.
My hubby says can we just buy eggs, what a sad thought

Hey, I'm having leftover chili for lunch too. Though no popcorn.

Breakfast (as break the fast meal, not early morning meal) was my typical: nonfat, plain Greek yogurt, baby carrots and an orange.

I'm having coffee with half & half now.

Dinner is cheeseburger patties...

... and cookies!

L - HB patty with kechup, mayo and pickles, AND OOPS that 1/2 pint of cajeta right in front of my eyes when I opened the frig is all gone. Ate it all with a spoon. Delicious. I need to hide the rest of that batch before I gain 5 MORE pounds from it.

I had to look up what Cajeta was and HOLY MOTHER that stuff looks good! Caramel is my thing, so I'd better not EVER try this stuff. It'll be like crack to me.

I am trying to eat but my gall bladder is acting up. So far only about 1100 calories. I am taking Vicodin for the pain. I think I am done for the night. Not sure if tomorrow should be a dd or not.
