Hello again, my dear forum...

Hi everyone,

It would seem I start again about once a year!! Will I ever actually stick with this? So, in short, I pretty much hate myself right now for allowing nearly all my flab to return. It doesn't take too long, basically I started going off plan in September this year (2013) and now mid December I am bursting at the seams. I was traveling for about 5 weeks and I binged on alcohol and carbs nearly every day. Hopeless.

So, hi again and I hope you're all well. Looking forward to reading all the posts...
Restart 4th Jan 2016, 216lbs. Ultimate goal of 160lbs.

January Goal: 210 (Got to 211)
February Goal: 205 (goal met Feb 25!)
March Goal: 199 (got to 202)
April Goal: One-derland or BUST

Welcome back. The carb slide is one slippery slope. I have slid down it quite a few times myself but I am back for good. restarting is just the worse for me.

Yep, did the same thing. Glad you & me are back! About the Alcohol...was watching Dr Oz and he was saying good things about Red Wine. Well I think went kinda crazy with it and took it too far...LOL I had about 2 glasses 3 days a week for a month. I think that may be too much for me...but I enjoyed it.

Sounds like a familiar story. Me too! But I'm entering week two of induction and am about 5 lbs down already. At least you are back on it. Knock it out!
