Start Date: eating lowcarb since 2005
Good DD so far.

I had a great breakfast with my husband. I had sautéed 2 cups of shredded cabbage with 1 cup of kale and added 1/2 cup of egg whites.
Very yummy and about 100 calories.
I made DD gluc pudding to eat through the day.
probably soup for dinner.

B - nothing
L- 3.2 oz lean pork loin (189 cals)

I think the decision to control my carbs on UD is really helping to control my hunger on DD. Also eating the protein instead of soup is working better for me.

Oh my so needed dd working pretty good
11am broth 10c
3pm iron fix 100cal
Pear 100 cal so worth it
210 so far
Evening hour approaching, I must be ware.
I feel dd as a 3 today
2 uud, followed by normal UD yesterday- yikes I'm staying focus on my stomach is still full from 3 day feast- already.

I had about 60 cals in coffee this morning, as I was thinking I'd have another cup and didn't. Since then nothing, but now having another cup w/cream...maybe one more too.

Plan on some kind of meat w/salad for dinner (but not hamburger, as I didn't have any in the freezer after all).

It's been a hungry DD so far. Maybe I didn't eat as much as I thought yesterday. My son had a bunch of his friends over last night and my wife made treats like cookies and nachos and I had my fair share. I am probably hungry today because my body wants real food.

It also doesn't help that she's making cookies again today and I have to smell them.

Oh well, tomorrow isn't that far off and I'm not going to die because I'm a little hungry.

As I added my calories for this dd

I M Shocked
Calories 160
Mainly
Lunch meat-Iron shot 100 cal I don't eat the ring of fat around it.
Cabbage pan fried in chicken broth, vinegar, soy sauce.
Now just to stay out of the kitchen.
Only 8:30 pm so that's it for the day.
I can't imagine sleeping on that much food.
May have to drink milk once through the night to sleep if I need it.
I m excited about the dd of calories.
My lowest in A long time.
