Veggie/Tomato Juice?

Just out of curiosity...has anyone found a low carb/low(no) sugar tomato or veggie juice? I feel like I look every time i'm at the store & no such luck. Any suggestions or a replacement for it?

I've never seen one low in carbs. I used to Love V8 juice too. Maybe you can make your own? If you had a juicer?

Good luck with that. The tomato and starchy veggies are gonna make that impossible. Even if you make your own, how can you avoid the tomatoes??

Only for OWL

I use the low sodium V8 for its potassium content, since my diet is always potassium deficient. I know it's not low carb (I wouldn't use it on induction) so I only use it when I am in OWL. As long as I plan for those carbs, split my one serving into two servings separated by several hours, AND take it with other food, I don't find that it causes blood sugar spikes or stalls me. One can is 12 net carbs, so if I split it up I can have half a can with lunch and half a can with dinner. It gives me all the potassium I need so I don't have to take a bunch of potassium supplements. It may be high-ish in carbs but it's a heckuva better carb option for potassium than eating bananas.
