Anyone have a low carb Springerle recipe?

I love my grandmother's Springerle cookies - using cookie molds to create a picture. These take a lot of flour. I've experimented a little with almond flour, but they don't hold the picture. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for adapting the Springerle recipe to a low carb lifestyle.

I have never heard of them. I would try almond flour (blanched ) & coconut flour
and add some gluc to hold everything together.

Seeing the recipe would make it easier because I'm guessing here.

May we all live our life as long as we want!

I know springerle cookies are rolled out on carved cookie boards. I have seen them. But I never tasted the cookies. Are they like shortbread? I have several recipes for LC shortbread.
