great DD find for me

i found i wasn't getting enough protein on DD's. going thru the freezer section, i stumbled upon WW frozen chicken tenders. pre-portioned and 60 calories per tender. bake or fry with cooking spray and BAM. DD dinner

I like to buy a rotesserie chicken and weigh out about 3 oz (105 cals), to add to a salad or any other meal sometimes. The tenders sound very convenient!

It is a challenge getting as much protein a possible on DD. The pre portioned chicken nuggets sound like they would be really convenient. I'll have to look for them.

My favorite protein on a DD is an egg! I usually just fry one, then cut it up and put on top of lettuce, top with Aldi's low calorie ranch dressing! Sometimes i scramble the egg or boil one or two. Fast and so easy!

Then too i have cottage cheese!
