I have a very exciting NSV

Yesterday while in town I decided to go donate blood at the Red Cross.
I try to do it every year around this time.
Due to my low iron reading, usually little over 11, not passable for giving blood.
They usually restock me and a miracle happens and it reads a 12.
Yesterday my reading was 14.
It's not been that reading for years!!
That's the product of my noticeable energy I've been having...It's unreal.
I was all smiles and thankful.
My ugly soup concoctions, including chicken livers has paid off. Meat of course is full of iron.
Since restarting JUDDD I've lost a few pounds, and more energy is a byproduct!
Win-win situation!
My pants aren't baggy yet, but I'm very happy Im back to eating this way.
So now, where's my mug of hot water.

Wow, that's great! I've never been able to give blood... maybe I should put some chicken livers in my cabbage soup?
No thank you. But I do put lots of spinach or kale in it, so maybe my numbers look better too! I'll give it try next opportunity I get!

Thanks guys!
Woops-Restock? Surely u read correctly for me, pricked my finger again, re stuck.
I'm so happy at least I know now what caused by energy level. I've been holding my breath afraid of it leaving me.
Slim, I've always been a lover of spinach all my life, cooked and raw too.
I have tried several times in the past to take 1Aday vit or the iron tabs.
I find I'd rather get to have BM's
Think I'll lookup the pâté recipe? Isn't it liver from something?
I think I will call liver by another name.

I did not "lose" weight. I evicted it. It is gone and it ain't coming back!

JUDDD cares about calories. JUDDD does not care what you eat. Your body probably does.
