simple lc chocolate mousse in under 2 mintues
saw this recipe online for lc chocolate mousse
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
1 - 2 packets of diet hot choclate (find the lowest carb version you can - you can use 1 or 2 packets depending on how chocolatey you like it)
whip together with mixer until cream is thick.
suitable for induction but watch portion size - this amount equals 4 servings

That sounds like my Swiss Miss Mouse:
SWISS MISS MOUSSE
1 cup heavy cream
2 packets diet Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix
Put the cream in a deep medium size mixing bowl. Gently stir in the cocoa mix. Beat with an electric mixer until thick.
Makes 4 servings
Per Serving: 218 Calories; 22g Fat; 2g Protein; 4g Carbohydrate; 1g Dietary Fiber; 3g Net Carbs
