Frozen Brussels Sprouts

I was wondering, can frozen brussels sprouts be oven roasted? I have some in the freezer and was trying to think of something different to do with them. Thanks

Yes, in my experience they can be oven roasted. I typically baste them in a little bit of olive oil and butter, maybe some garlic, and roast them at 375-400 until crispy and tender.

Roasted or pan fried is the only way I make them. I buy frozen at Trader Joe's often.

Thanks for the tips. I'm going to try roasting, has to be better than microwave.

I thaw the frozen brussels sprouts a bit then cut them in half and saute them in garlic and olive oil.
