Wow, it's the last day of November!! I have a lot to do in the next few weeks.

Today is an UD for me but don't have much of an appetite. Had coffee w/half & half and a protein shake this morning. Ate some T-day leftovers mid-afternoon and am currently drinking hot tea. Still have about 700 calories left...ugh!

Thanksgiving has sent me into a ud frenzy. Ud Thursday , med ud Friday. Today started out good as a dd but I ended up with turkey, cheese, wings, wine, more wine, sf pumpkin cheese cake. Grrrr. Anytime I have a free for all day like thanksgiving I have a horrible time getting back on track. Tomorrow we r going to a local winery to see a play, the Christmas story. My dinner is chicken breast. I know I will not keep it a dd. Oh I need Monday to get back on track. Maybe I can fast till dinner and it won't be so bad.

Had a great DD yesterday, and did pretty well today for my UD. Breakfast was BPC and a piece of pumpkin pie cake, then just snacked on a couple of small pieces of leftover turkey breast in the afternoon because I knew we were going out. For dinner we tried a local place to support Small Business Saturday and had an incredible bunless hamburger - loaded with blue cheese crumbles and "truffle-enhanced" aoli and a handful of sweet potato chips. I really have no idea how many calories all that yumminess had, but it was mostly low-carb lol. I will have a small serving of Fage before I hit the sack, I think.
