It's THURSDAY and Thanksgiving for many. What's on your menu today?
Happy Thanksgiving all my American friends! We had our's (Canada) last month. If you are sticking to plan, a big pat on the back!!!
I am hosting a gathering in my home tonight so my menu looks a little weird...
bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
blt with egg and mayo
all snack foods (Canadian tapis) .....mini salmon/dill quiche, almond crackers, cheese, meat, olives, homemade pate, nuts, sliced cucumbers, celery, sliced kohlrabi, bacon/tomato dip, salmon roll ups, mini tarts and a bit of dry red wine!

Happy thanksgiving to all LCF celebrating today.
My menu isn't as exciting as for many of you:
B: my usual creme fraiche concoction with almond butter and EVCO
L: a piece of smoked mackerel, avocado and some buffalo mozarella and sundried tomatoes
D: not sure. I quite fancy rotisserie chicken with lots of mayo!
Do as I say, not do as I do... DEFINITELY not do as I do!!!

B - coffee
L - salad
S - coffee and slice of cheese
D - chicken and brocoli with cheese

Morning... And yes happy thanksgiving to all who are celebrating
B: coffee w hwc and sweetn low, tbls CO, bacon on romaine with ranch dressing if I can muster the strength to go cook it.
L: bites of stuff I'm cooking today for our meal at 5:30 turnip greens, ham, broc cheese cassarole, green bean cassarole, salad and a big veggie tray. Not gonna over do it on the bites
D: turkey, yadda yadda. Over it.
I don't feel good at all today, achy tired and not hungry. I fully intend to stay on plan or as close as I can to it. Hope everyone enjoys their day with family!
Pearlsnaps vet called, we may get to bring her home tomorrow to see if it's chihuahua anxiety that's keeping her from eating, with the option of taking her back to the vet if she doesn't. So.. That's some good news. I think I can get her to eat at home.
