I love not having the overstuff feeling, it's the best!
Reading here this morning.
Such encouragement and good feelings from people.
My day will be a lot slower today thank goodness.
And it's a down day for me so I'm really appreciative.
Hoping to hold off till eating broth. I started talking to myself before getting out of bed this morning don't forget Terri it's a down day. I'm doing great so far it's 8:15 AM. ha
We are having wonderful lite rain showers today here in southwest Missouri.
Our greenhouse crop of peas and green beans need picked.
They both have grown much slower since I dug them up out of our garden, planted for fall crop this year.
It's nice to not bend over picking fresh veggies.
That has been my greenhouse goal!
Happy Juddd day to all

I love that feeling too Terri. I love the empty feeling at the end of a good DD when my body just feels like it is using its own fuel.
That greenhouse sounds fantastic!

I hope you had a good day, Ei. I'll be enjoying a DD tomorrow while you indulge. Your description of the weather sounds lovely.
