another chia bread recipe

1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar or mozzarella
1 cup ground almonds
1 egg
4 T chia seeds
2 T of coconut or olive oil

I mix and bake @ 350 for about 10 minutes in a glass pan 5x7 in a toaster oven. Very rich and good.

2 ½ T cocoa
¼ cup erythritol, measured then ground to powder
1/6 cup coconut Davinci’s sf syrup
Put these 4 ingredients into a bowl. Nuke for 1-2 minutes to make a chocolate syrup and melt the erythritol. Then add
1 T chia seeds
¾ cup unsweetened coconut
¼ t vanilla
dash of salt
3 T coconut flour
¼ c whey protein
6 drops of splenda
Mix all ingredients. Put into 5 or 6 molds. Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.
