DD Tuesday- Plans?

My last three Down Days have been water fasts. I was pretty hungry on the last one, so I had decided I would do a 500 calorie Down Day to shake things up. But now that it is here, I haven't figured out what to eat.

So, everyone post really quick, please, so that I can get ideas!

I'm not sure you'll get many ideas from me, but here goes my plan for the day:

B: Gingerbread spice tea w/1-2 tsp HWC (X2 or X3 if needed)*
L: Chobani
D: 6 oz chicken breast
D: Chobani

Target: 500 or less, 72g protein

*I haven't tried this tea with HWC yet, so I don't know how I'll like it, but it sounds delicious. I hope I love it, because it would allow me more cups of something I love on my DDs.

Well, I've just been sipping water and working on this ENDLESS floor! I feel hungry, but mostly, I know, I just want to get away from the floor! Taking a short break, and then I will go back and lay at least two more rows before knocking off for the day.

Today felt like the longest day ever!!!

B: nothing
L: 4 oz pot roast (150)
S: 1/2 Atkins bar (80)
D: ????

Not sure what to have for dinner. I just put together a crock pot of homemade Mac-n-cheese to take to a potluck at work tomorrow. I'm so glad that has to sit overnight before I cook it or I'd be all over it! I can't decide if I'm really hungry or just having some sort of emotional (mostly boredom) desire for food. My tummy's been grumpy since yesterday thanks to migraine meds, so it's hard to read my tummy signals tonight.

D: 2 slices of lunchmeat ham, 6 bread and butter pickles (85)
S: SF horchata, 1 oz mac-n-cheese (57)

372 total... Exactly my 20% target.

Well... DD became an UD for me. Had a lot of work stress today, got a migraine, TOM arrived so I had cramps.... That was just the start of my day. I might do a MD tomorrow
