So far just diet pepsi and coffee with a bit of SF creamer. I'm going to keep to my fast until dinner and then just do some veggies and eggs probably.

Had a dozen shrimp with cocktail sauce and couldn't resist a couple tablespoons of my DD's mac and cheese. I think I'm still under 300 calories, so I'm going to do just a 1 egg omelet with some asparagus tips for a grand total of about 400 cals.

DH is being interviewed by the local newspaper (small business highlight) so we won't be going to the gym.

A coworker brought me a Snickers bar, so I had half of that along with the rest of my food. I'll be around 700 calories after dinner.

I ended up getting a McD's SF vanilla iced coffee on the way home tonight, but have stuck to everything else I had planned.

He's sabotaging two of us. He got my other coworker a Snickers too, and we were both going to save ours until tomorrow, but decided that would be rude, so we split one and we'll split the other one tomorrow. The other coworker isn't dieting, but had a big lunch, so it worked out.

Sounds like you have a group who understands each other well.

Question for people who use a kitchen scale: If one ounce is 35 calories, how many calories is .6 oz? I think I overestimated at 25, but I just guessed.

I just calculated and I ended at 497. The coffee was 120, and I had a snack of one small green apple with ACV and salt after dinner. Felt very satisfied. Might be my go-to DD (minus the McD's coffee) menu.

Lemoncello Almonds??? I've never heard of those, Ann, but they sound amazing. I love almonds and limoncello. I have a lemon tree and have made my own delicious limoncello many times. Mmmmmmm!
