DOWN DAY FRIDAY GOOD EATS?

Just started back after a binge. Did LC all day today.
Tomorrow I will do a DD low carb. I may go over some but I
have to keep it LC for my blood sugar.

My starting point for Friday breakfast is going to be 1 gram carb ea.
crepes, turkey sausage and eggs cooked some way or other
Coffee with HWC x 2.

Gotta make some soup...

Having a diet pepsi right now and planning on water and coffee for the day. I have some boneless pork chops I need to cook today so I may have one along with some low carb veggies for dinner. I'm going to stay away from the broth for now, even the low sodium one has too much salt and I think it's making me retain water.

I had an Atkins bar (130), and it was so delicious. I could eat at least 2 more.

I'm at 190, and thinking about eating some raw veggies too.

Dinner will be chicken noodle soup, with 1 oz of chicken added, and small yogurt for dessert.

I hate that!
Every time I buy berries I feel so pressured to eat them quick.
It seems like if you look at them funny some mold magically appears!

I still haven't had anything to eat today...
I am going to get up soon and make some soup, but the boys are in the kitchen eating the bread I made this morning. The smell of that bread was driving me crazy! I will have to make another loaf tomorrow so that I can have a hot slice tomorrow.

That's not soooo bad Soren. Think of it this way, you "fasted" for most of the day, so you did get the benefits of that for as many hours as you were on your planned DD. So you broke your fast early, that's all. No biggie.

And for posting. I think that's a breakthrough, and something we all need to remember. We have to post when we do well, and also when things go a little wonky too.
