Where to get Ketosis Test Strips?

What's a good location or supplier of ketosis strips. I've never used them but thought I'd try them to see what effects my diet has on ketosis.

You can get them at most drugstores but you have to go the pharmacy section and ask the pharmacist for them. They are called Keto Sticks. Netrition sells another brand of keto sticks online -- you can get them right here if you don't feel like going to the store.

I love them and use them at least twice a day.

Are you talking about the urine test strips, or the blood ketone test strips?

The urine test strips, usually called ketostix around here, are available at most drugstores, in the diabetic supply area or behind the pharmacy counter.

Blood ketone strips usually need to be bought online or ordered special at the pharmacy. I buy mine from a Canadian site, because they're cheaper.

I'm curious, do some not get ketosis symptoms and need the sticks? I'll gladly swap you! I'm so tired of the soap in my mouth taste!

I guess I'm one of the lucky one that can't tell when I'm ketosis. My Dr. suggested the test strips.

Save your money...they do not reflect whether you're in ketosis so much as whether you're drinking enough water.

Your urine should be a very pale, almost colorless yellow and have no odor. This means you're drinking enough and you'll most likely find that your sticks don't turn any shade of purple at all. It doesn't mean you aren't in ketosis.
