The 21 day sugar detox (new book!)
anyone get it/read it?
it is a book to help get you off sugar even artificial. I had the ebook, did 2 detox and when I found out she was coming out with a print book of it, I had to have it. I feel great, this is my third detox and I'm on my fifth day.
the book is by Dianne sanfilippo ( the same author of practical paleo)
Is anyone else following this?

I have not read, but sounds interesting. May help with my sugar cravings when I fall off the wagon. Thanks for posting - I'll check it out.
"...had we been discussing disorders of growth - why some people grow to be more than seven feet tall and others never make it to four feet - the only subject of discussion would be the hormones and enzymes that regulate growth. And yet, when we're discussing a disorder in which the defining symptom is the abnormal growth of our fat tissue, the hormones and enzymes that regulate that growth are considered irrelevant."

..stop thinking of it as "starting over". It's life, we don't get do-overs. You can only move forward from this point. ~~ pepperanne
