DD Tuesday - something warm and cozy?

I've been feeling so cold lately. Today all I want is hot coffee, tea, and soup. So that's my plan:

B: Coffee/HWC
S: Hot tea
L: Coffee/HWC
S: Hot tea - maybe a chobani to up my protein
D: Chicken Pot Pie Soup

Really no clue what's for dinner at this point.
I'll be downing water all day. I did a sea salt and warm water ummm... Rinse yesterday, and today my fingers and feet are swollen, but I feel better stomach wise.

Whatever we eat tonight will contain Very little salt!

I'm either doing a fish day or just water. Fish was my original plan, but after my nut indulgence last night, I think I may enjoy NOT eating.

Wow-- DD energy or WHAT???

I played a bit of hookie (shhhh...) and did a boatload of errands in 2hrs-- bank, returned stuff, groceries, Costco, returned more stuff, found matching throw pillows to ones I found 2 months ago (WIN!!!!).

All on about 2c of water and my morning vitamins, including pteroblue.

Now sipping on protein shake + water= 1L.

Plan:
B: water, vitamins
L: premier protein shake (160) plus water
put away groceries, continue laundry-o-thon
D: I guess chicken and broccoli, since that's what I bought
100 cal broccoli, and the rest in chicken breast.

hope everyone is having a great day!

Carol-- to stay warm! I do feel a weird sort of permanent chill in my mid/upper back. I find wearing a hoodie helps.

I am hungry today!! I think because I exercised last night.
Today has been,
3 egg white breakfast, coffee
1 diet Jello (not sure I would call that lunch)
Dinner- protein shake

455c thus far. Tonight probably just veggies, coming in around 500c

I had a great day. Totally on track, feeling the mojo.
Dh crashed- asleep at 9:30pm. Hope his entry picks up, or I'll have to share my pteroblue!

I ended up with a water Down Day. Some hunger in the evening (perhaps exacerbated by watching cooking shows- not the wisest choice) but I made it. Feeling good this morning, and ready to go to the other thread and plan my food!

I feel you on this! I now have to save all my food tv watching for UDs, or at the very least, immediately after I eat dinner on a DD and feel full.

I'm sooooo screwed for all the holiday shows!
