I must be making some progress, because I’m starting to be aware of my laptop resting on my hipbones if I lounge in the wrong position.

I still can’t manage a 300 cal DD, but since what I’m doing is working, I’m not going to stress about numbers.

At one point when I was eating maintenance LC (about 60g carb per day) I recorded all my food for a while and noticed that my calories varied between 800 and 2000 without making any effort to control calories at all (other than avoiding going wild with the double cream). I wasn’t trying to lose weight then, but on that, my weight just went down ever so slowly. (I was around 117 lb then.) I like the variation much more than trying to get exactly the same number every day.

Ailuros, what you're doing most definitely is working! Hip bones protruding is great. There was a time when I wasn't sure I even had any bones in there anymore!

I wouldn’t say protruding, exactly, but I can feel them when there’s a great chunk of metal sitting on them . It’s definitely progress!

I started on 11-4-13 with an UD. Got through my first DD yesterday! I'm looking forward to doing this because I need the flexibility with work/life/etc! Been lurking on the forum for a couple of weeks and everyone here seems so supportive.
