*whisper*...h-hello...

I'm doing one meal a day right now, intermittent fasting style, as I'm working to kick myself in the tush.

Pork sirloin chops, covered with a layer of pesto and mozzarella cheese, broiled until nice and browned and crispy. Served with 2 cups of pressure cooker Normandy-style veggies from Costco (1 tablespoon of Kerrygold butter on top please!). 2 oz of cream cheese for "dessert."

I'm grateful.

I'll probably be more descriptive once I get a few meal plans out of the way, HAH! I'm still a bit sheepish after leaving for so long.
