Nutritional Ketosis food pictures

When I first started Atkins Induction,my menus were boring. Then I stumbled upon an Induction food pic thread and I was amazed at the creativity people had.My menus were never boring again.
I think we need a similar thread here.It sometimes helps to see what other people are eating. It would greatly help beginners for sure.I have a few pics I need to download them.
I can't think of any rules except the food has to high fat(min 65%)mod protein and low carb(max 50 grams) with LC foods.
For resizing pics I use the Paint feature in windows.Click the resize button and enter a number.Smaller pics are easier to download on a webpage and see.

So let's see what you had.

Sorry, was that English? I need to get my daughter to show me how and then, I think that would be fun! So, as soon as I get a tech lesson, I'm in!

I do eat high fat, moderate protein, very low carb, but I don't use percentages to eat according to NK, and many others don't either. I'll add some food porn pics anyway.

One of my favorites ... bacon, spinach quiche. The 2nd is an Asian inspired salad made with ground pork.

I don't write measurements down, but this is what I think it was:

The chocolate candy is 1/4 cup CO,about a tbsp cocoa powder and chocolate liquid stevia to taste.Just whisk them altogether and pour into molds and set them in the freezer .The original recipe had used palm sugar,so I wondered if liquid stevia will mess it up,but turned out to be ok.The original can be found at nourishinggourmet website

The white chocolate is an invention of mine, since I miss them.
Equal parts cream cheese and HWC and 1/2 stick butter, and french vanilla liquid stevia to taste.
Then follow above steps to set them.

Thank you! It looks pretty easy. I was especially interested in the white chocolate as it seems that I can't eat chocolate any more due to some intolerance type problems.

Cheesecake fits into HFLC quite well if you have no problems with portion control. I would be careful with using the amount of strawberries I did with this cake but it looked pretty.

Ntombi,
Can you post how to cook the wings, what temp and for how long. I have never oven fried them before, but this is exactly what I was looking for in a post on another thread where I was referring to what kind of oils do people use when frying chicken wings.

I can't remember exactly, but I typically do drumsticks at 375* for about 35-40 minutes, depending on how large they are. And the wings I do at a higher temp, like about 425* for about 40 minutes, turning a couple of times.

Ntombi, I love you! I made the cheeseburger with fried egg on top and I don't think I will ever be able to et one without the egg again. I also bought some of the Boursin cheese and the taste is amazing. I can never understand when people say they get bored with their food choices. I have been eating this way for a long time now, and I am always finding something new. Thanks for sharing!

Oh, I'm really glad you like it!

I agree, I love the food I eat. We made a pot roast overnight in the crockpot, and it was so delicious that I had to remind myself that it'll be there for dinner and I don't have to eat too much at once. Soooo delicious!

Playing in the kitchen, still...
Keto Bun...ingredients: (like a muffin in a minute)
1 egg
1T. sour cream
1t. apple cider vinegar
1/4c finely crushed pork rinds
3T. ground parmesan cheese(green can type)
1t. baking pwd.
optional:
garlic pwd, onion pwd, or any other flavor.

The third picture is when I made it in a different shape.
After it is cool, I slice it, then dry-pan fry it.
The parm cheese is what allows it to brown...just like a piece of toast!
Spread a little (or a lot) of butter and enjoy!

That looks great, Galveston! Do you cook those in the oven, or, microwave?

Microwave...mine is 1000watts...so usually 75 to 80 seconds does the trick.
I also slather the container with coconut oil first, before I start the whole process...so that it is ready quickly after I have poured the dry stuff on top of the wet stuff...
The ACV reacts quickly with the baking powder and I like to get as much 'rise' as I can from that reaction.
