halloween candy is evil!

Ack! Someone please save me! I know I am on an UD, but I am pretty sure milk dudding my way to 1800 calories is not how this is supposed to go! I meant to send it into the office with the hubs this morning and I..... forgot. Yeah, that's it. I forgot.....

Oh no. I'm so sorry!!! I had that problem with M&Ms the past few weeks. I hate to tell you this, but the only reason my problem is over is that they're all gone now. <yes, I ate them all!> Make sure you count your calories or it will get really ugly fast.

Does it help to hide them? I do find if they're out of my sight, I actually forget about them. (as long as I'm well fed! )

I am thanking the powers that be that I finally decided to quit eating sugar (for as long as possible). I have no power over candy! Good luck on taming the Dudd.

So true!! Once it's out of your system for a week the temptation is GONE! For me, sugar foods smell gross and I want no part.

Can you put those Dudds in the trash? Stay strong!

I guess I'm "lucky" as too much sugar will give me a headache... however I do know how FAR I can push my limits and do. Out of sight out of mind works sometimes.

It's been calling my name too, but I committed to no sugary treats until Halloween and I'm damned if I'm not going to keep that commitment! So far so good, and only 3 more days to get through.

After Halloween, I'm going to try to limit sugar as much as I possibly can until Thanksgiving. December will be a free-for-all, within my calories of course. I am through with denying myself all the holiday treats a la Atkins that I've done so many years before. Miserable.

Good luck to all in battling the Dudd, the M&M monster, and the Candy Corn staring at me right now!

I thought I would be good and buy the 'cheap' bulk candies for work -- but I found the peanut butter cups are quite yummy!! I should buy the fruity stuff that I don't like, but THAT'S not happening!! I'm giving in to temptation a little bit on UDs, but on DDs candy is a NO NO.
