L: bought a spaghetti squash... Got to figure out how to cook it and how much I can have for 330 calories

Last time I tried to make this it was a disaster!

I am doing water and kombucha today. I've got my various activities planned- daughter time, bath, movie date with Honey, costume crafting.

I've already met my target and it's only 2:48....ugh!

TOM is here and kicking my butt. I'm so hungry.

slim fast drink (180)
greek yogurt (160)
cookie butter (178) I couldn't help it!!

I'm going to look for low cal soup at the store, maybe the potato soup I had earlier in the week. A couple hundred over 1 time isn't the worst thing ever.

Dinner:

Big mixed green salad with Waldon Farms -0- cal Asian dressing

Tea
Creamer 25

Back later with totals
Going to Walmart, The .99 Store, Michael's.
This should keep me from thinking about food.

Looked up spaghetti squash... Seems like 1 cup only has 45 cal. I could eat the whole squash!
I am microwaving it right now... I hope it turns out okay. I am going to mix it with a little pasta sauce and a little Parmesan cheese.

I did it! 12 min in the microwave and it turned out great!
I got 2 cups from 1/2 of the squash, so I am saving the rest for later.

I have only had 178 cal today and I feel fine ( at least in the hunger department)
I have had a migraine all day

So I may eat the rest of the squash later if I feel hungry ... Now I am going to take a nap and hope my headache gets better.

I have had two bottles of kombucha so far. May enjoy one more while watching tv this evening. I'm already looking forward to frying up some turkey tomorrow morning, though. Not so much from hunger-- that's manageable-- but I really want to CHEW something!

I did not have the big salad. Being out for hours shopping
helped me not to think about eating.

LOL Barb, our other half's have their opinions too. I'm glad your day went well. Shopping takes all thoughts of eating away for me too.

I am going to eat less on my next DD (tomorrow), but probably will be a bit more lax on the weekends, if I feel the need.
