Powdered Splenda/stevia drops

I have been making little cheesecakes.
Recipe:
2 pkgs cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c powdered Splenda
1/2 tsp vanilla
Pour in 12 greased muffin tins, bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

I love these things. I am calculating they have about 2 carbs each, and limiting myself to 2 per day. I just bought some liquid stevia. Could I sub that, get carb count down to one each, and have 4 per day? How much liquid stevia?

Liquid stevia

I use liquid stevia all the time, surely will not take as much liquid stevia, what about the cream cheese?

liquid Splenda / Stevia

I am a fan of the little cheesecakes also. I get liquid Splenda - brand name EZsweetz from Netrition.com or WM that has no carbs. With the little bottle one drop is equivalent to one packet, the bigger bottle is less sweet and it takes 2 drops.

I tend to make half the recipe at a time so they take up less room in the fridge - but they sure don't last long! Yumm!
