We all know how that feels.

My breakfast was tapioca-maple-coconut milk pudding with 2 figs and a half cup of pistachios.
Lunch will be a mountain of mussel and oysters with some seaweed.
Dinner- lamb and lettuce with artichokes. And probably more pudding and figs.

The big event of the day will be FORCING myself to go back to the gym with my Honey. It has been almost a month.

L: yucky frozen turkey meal and a sweet potato
D: probably nothing since I had a 600 calorie snack of graham crackers. Maybe some protein (egg) .

Hey, it happens, but you did stay away from sugar! I'm proud of you for that. Are you going to do a DD tomorrow? If so, we'll be back on the same rotations.

I'm in. Finding myself hungrier than usual...I wonder if it has anything to do with sugar detox, or if it's mental?
