UD Monday - plans?

Good morning all!

B - 2 eggs, toast 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - amy's frozen meal 320c or soup 280c
D - pork chops and something???

I am keeping the calories lower today as yesterday was an UD too. I am trying set days, MWF (up days) then either Sa or Su DD. We will see how it goes.

My plans are turkey and yogurt with berries for breakfast.
Lunch is going to be shrimp and olives. I have walnuts for snacking.
And dinner will be rabbit in cream sauce over potatoes and sweet potatoes.
This is my fourth day of doing food family rotations to check for sensitivities, and my choices are definitely off the beaten track for me, but I think I will be enjoying them.

I looked all over for pumpkin bagels! Not a one.

I'm trying to do better with eating today too. I'm going to try and get all my calories with real food, no snacks or desserts. I've been craving the junk too much these past couple of days.

Yes, it was your posts about pumpkin bagels that got me searching for some!
I found the Thomas' pumpkin spice bagels. They are very yummy toasted with cheap cheese!

I am at an estimated 1400 something (I put everything in my calorie counter but I don't know the exact calorie count for my chocolate cake)

The chocolate cake was the biggest junk of the day. Everything else was pretty good.
