I'm going to be having a green smoothie with kale, spinach, beets, apple, and pear.
And kippers.

I love kippers!

WOE: Low Carb
Start Date: Restart: Jan 2016 (off and on)
I had a bit of an UUAD yesterday... Started out ok, but went down hill.
I recognize that it is stress and boredom eating.

I also tend to overeat when I see a scale # that I don't like.
Yesterday I felt a lot thinner and was expecting a good loss... But it turned out that I was only down .2 of a pound (and that is after I stripped everything off my body before getting on the scale!). I guess I have only been doing this WOE for about a week (with a weekend at Disneyland!) so I should be patient.

Today I am taking the kids to a theme park, but I will stick to my DD.

B: almond milk latte and a hard boiled egg (104)
L: nothing
D: probably 2 more hb eggs (140)

244 for the day. Could have a 100 calorie snack to bring it up to 344.

I'm having dinner with friends. I'm doing a salad, and maybe a class of wine my weekend down days are always a little high, but it's ok. It works.

Had about a 3 or 4 day break while trying to destress and just get through my surgery week at school. Everything went great! So jumping back in it today with a DD. Had 540 calories. Ready to get back on track next week. And I don't think the few days off really killed me at all. They were UDs but some were probably lower UDs than others!

But now am back in it for the long haul. That is what I love about JUDDD, how you can just jump back on after long or stressful weeks without much damage at all!
