Kris, what's in your pumpkin shake? Besides the obvious... Every time you post it, it sounds so yummy. I even got canned pumpkin that I'm going to add to my breakfast drink I make because you made me want pumpkin.

I'm on alternate days of you guys now, I switched my days so I could have an UD on my daughter's birthday. I hope having 2 UD's in a row won't hurt my weigh-in much tomorrow.
