Swai Nuggets?

Anyone know what these are, apart from Fish? I keep seeing these at the fish counter at 98c /lb.
I asked the pretty clueless counter attendant, what they tasted like, he didn't know, but offered up the fish is the female version of catfish

Anyway I am now the proud owner of 70c worth of swai nuggets Should I just cook up in a bit of olive oil?

Swai is a white-flesh fish (typically available in fillet form) with a sweet mild, taste and light flaky texture that can be broiled, grilled, or coating with bread crumbs and fried, according to experts. It can be prepared simply, but also takes well to sauces. Swai belongs to what’s called the Pangasius family and they’re similar in character to catfish.

Ever tried Tilapia? They taste about the same to me (nothing like catfish in taste). I love them cooked with lime, jalapeno, cilantro, and butter then served in a low-carb pita and topped with low-carb coleslaw. I miss the fresh mango salsa my brother used to make for fish tacos.

Also great pecan crusted.
