Excited to start!

Hi everyone! I've toyed around here in the past, and started LC again recently. I just really feel better without the carbs. I've decided to try combining it with JUDDD, though. I tried this plan in the past, but found myself almost binge eating on the UDs, certainly because the carbs were causing such cravings. I'm very excited to do this plan combined with LC.

I'm going to get some groceries tomorrow and will do my first DD Saturday. Woohoo!!!

Welcome. I watch my carbs, but don't count them. I do know that I can't handle them early in the day, but as an evening snack or with dinner in moderate portions - I avoid the cravings. Many here do LC and JUDDD... you're in good company. Good Luck!

HELLO!!! i just started recently as well. came from LC. i am currently trying it without watching carbs just to see what happens. if i get too bingey i am going to cut them out a bit. Good luck!

just as encouragement - i went from 137 to 134 after my first DD after my first UD i was still at 134.5 half lb gain, but i hear that is pretty common.

! My plan was to do JUDDD and LC, but right now I'm just enjoying my UD and seeing results even eating carbs! Lmao. I feel so much better on LC though. Please check in on the daily menu threads so I can stalk you for ways to LC and JUDDD.
