Question about UD calories

how important is it to reach your caloric goal? never thought these words would come out of my mouth, but i dont feel like eating very much. supposed to get to 1844 today. currently at 550 and just not feeling like eating. i dont want to mess anything up tho.

Eat! It really is important to get close to your UD calories, or at least that's what many of us here have found out. The wide swing between UD and DD calories seems to be really important for keeping your metabolism stoked, and for getting those SIRT1s flowing and doing their good work.

Try eating some peanut butter, or put butter or cheese (or both!) on some veggies, or if you drink, have a cocktail or glass of wine.

Chocolate helps in times of severe need.

{SIGH} It's a horrible way to lose weight. No use in complaining any more, mafia, just suck it up and get started on the chocolate bon bons & wine. Someone's gotta do it...

LOL! i am very very certain i has something to do with just starting out and coming off my first DD. i highly doubt this lack of interest in food will last.

no worries. halloween is coming. no kit kat will be safe.....
