UD Monday plan?

B - 2 eggs/toast 280c
L - salad with chicken/cottage cheese/tomato 240c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - chicken fried rice (need to figure calories)

I looked at it all day yesterday, today, I'm having cake!

I am keeping calories low during the day to allow for it!

I'm back after 3 free days in a row. Today should really be a DD, but I need the 26th to be an UD, so I'm going to regular rotations starting with UD today.

JUDDD got me where I want to be!

WOE: eating less of what I want/walking

B- Protein shake (me) Bagel (DH) Have to finish them off
L- Egg salad sandwiches for us, carrots, cucumbers (maybe a hot dog for me)
D-pork loin, potato some type, broccoli, pudding for dessert.
Probably not enough calories for either of us, still a work in progress

Did get DH up and out for a 35 minute walk this morning.

Start Date: 2001 Atkins -50 2011 JUDDD - 10
I have to change my rotations unexpectedly so toady will be more of a MD, but I am not really hungry so that is fine.

B none, fasting blood test
L small BLT, no butter no mayo and only 2 slices of bacon so not bad at all.
S soya flat white coffee, 1 biscotti
D Caesar Salad prepared by me, so not too much dressing and Parmesan.

Should come in around 900 I think.

Down Days are the cement that hold JUDDD together.

Start Date: 6-24-13
B: Pumpkin bagel, 2 eggs, 2 strips of bacon, glass of whole milk: 740 cals
L: Bratwurst on whole wheat bread: 380 cals
S: Oh Yeah! Butter Toffee Crunch Protein Bar: 190 Cals
D: ??? + some other snack in there to hit 1000-1300 calories

Total: 2400 ish to 2700 ish
