Help accidentally drank sugary drink

Hˇ My LC friends please help, my best friend start the LC diet but, accidentally taste a Fancy cup of coffe WITH SUGAR!!! PLEASE What are she for feel better and back to weight loss LC plan???

yes, nothing to be done but to go back to eating on plan. anything else is just overcomplicating things!
