B: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon
L: 3 eggs deviled with mayo
D: 4 oz slice of chicken roll stuffed with artichokes and spinach (Sam's Club ready made at 6gm of carbs per 4 oz slice), brussel sprouts

So far, just a grande tea with hwc at Starbucks.
Dinner will be roast chicken and a veggie

We were out last night with friends and I had a couple glasses of wine, so I'm being careful today.

B: coffee w hwc and sweet n low , tbls CO
L: 3 slice bacon and 1 small sausage patty
D: huge taco salad with home prepped beef taco meat, half an avocado, 2oz cheese, grape tomatos, iceberg lettuce.

Likely went over carbs because of the onions and tomatos in my salad. Don't care. It was delicious and kept me from eating taco shells lol.
