JUDDD & low carb - losing 1 lb a day!!!!!

I have seen posts of many losing incredible amounts of weight doing JUDDD in combination with Atkins.

I am just curious as to how JUDDD works? I googled and found many conflicting plans.
Is it calorie restriction one day then anything goes the next?
Famine then feast?
Does it really rev up the metabolism?

Please share your experiences if you are doing JUDDD & low carb.

Feb 01, 2014 - 150; Mar 01, 2014 - 145
May 01, 2014 - 140!; Sept 21, 2014 - 150
Jan 01, 2015 - 165 time to get back on track to reach 125 lbs by June!
