Tomorrow's a spike day for me, and we're going to the fair!

D: ribeye w/parsley, garlic,olive oil, lime juice and pepper flakes "pesto" (started out as a chimichurri sauce but I took it further to the pesto stage)

I forgot, DH said he's going to make meatloaf cupcakes tonight. I just confirmed with him. He's baking meatloaf in cupcake tins and "frosting" them with mashed potatoes. No idea on the calories yet.

Ended up at 2683 calories, so just a bit over. But what is 100 calories really? Added a coffee drink from Caribou that pushed it over my level. Should have skipped the whipped cream...(said no one ever!)
