Hey nk'ers, it's WEDNESDAY! What's on your menu today?

Good morning! Here is my plan for the day....

bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
olives and cheddar
leftover tuna 'noodle' casserole
sour cream 'pudding'

TOTALS: 12g carbs, 4g fibre, 111g fat, 44g protein, 1240
Original start - Feb. 2000 180/125

Down 1.5lbs today from 5lb NK gain. Seemed to help dialing down the fat/cals/carbs.
Feeling like crap today ~very fatigued/foggy. Woke up with screaming calf pain.

B- Coffee, Splenda, HH 1.5tbsp, MCT oil 1tsp, Broth with butter/gelatin and nusalt (for the K), Pork sausage 3 links, sour cream 1tsp
L- Smoked salmon, cream cheese, guacamole, Broth with butter/gelatin, coffee, cream, splenda

I can only be certain of one meal, not sure about the others, but for breakfast I had:
Two eggs fried in OO, 2 slices of bacon, half an avocado, tomato slices, a handful of pine nuts & two double espressos with manu cream.

Weird eating day

B- coffee/hwc

L- coffee/butter/HWC/MCT oil/torani's smores (oh so yummy),
S- sunflower seeds
S- wine multiple glasses
D- giant porkchop, big salad with cheese and oil/vinegar
S- more wine

I kinda have the munchies right now. But I'm going to bed soon.
