UD Wednesday - plan?
Busy crazy week for me! I can't seem to get my head above water! Not a fan of weeks like that.
B - 2 eggs, toast 270c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - Amy's frozen meal 260c
D - spinach/zucc lasagna 470c
HMMMM I need to eat more. Didn't plan well, hence the frozen meal for lunch! I will figure out something, eating more is easy!

Breakfast will be a ground beef patty with two fried eggs.
Lunch is vegetable and meat soup, and maybe some creamed spinach.
Dinner, let's see, fried chicken thighs, cauli-rice, and zucchini.
This is the first day of my SNAP challenge. Hoping it goes well. I am both excited and apprehensive. I think I have come up with a good plan, but if it doesn't work out, there's no going back. I can't just say, well, let's have something else. And only eating every other day has made my enjoyment of food much more important to me. I don't want to waste my time on things I am not enjoying. Fingers crossed!

D- pasta w/cream cheese sauce and cajun chicken
1st GOAL - to weigh 230 by March 2016
2nd GOAL - to weigh 215 by July 2016
3rd GOAL - to weigh 200 by December 2016
4th GOAL - to weigh 165 by 9/19/20 When I turn 60.

Hmmm... I'm mulling over the expression Ive seen here quite a bit "fail to plan, plan to fail"...
That said, I've been dreaming of total junk fast food since a week into my stomach virus... I'm debating getting burgers for me and DH for dinner... OR... making a trip to a Korean/Asian grocery, and seeing what they might have there for dinner options.
Anyway, you can see that I'm failing to plan, so hopefully the day doesn't totally escape me:
B: 2 big pancakes (I counted them as 4 4" ones)(345) and a mix of SF and regular maple syrup (104)
L: not sure... I'm pretty full b/c breakfast was late. Maybe an Italian sandwich? (eggplant parm or chicken)
D: either Korean beef ribs, or something from Wendy's.
