TUESDAY! What's on the menu all you fellow N.K.ers?

Morning! And a bloody cold one it is here with a temp of 5C at 8 this morning. I try to remind myself that that is going to look really good in a couple of months.

bacon, tomato, mayo wrapped into a Romaine leaf
6 olives and 28g of Welsh cheddar
tuna 'noodle' casserole with zucchini as the noodle
sour cream 'pudding'

TOTALS 14g carb, 4g fibre, 113g fat 43g protein, 1,255
Original start - Feb. 2000 180/125

It is cooler here as well. It will be about 70 here today, which is a little cool for this time of year.

Today, I ate bacon and an egg for breakfast. Chicken leg for lunch. Cream cheese for dinner. Coffee with cream in between meals and maybe some extra bacon. This has been working for me. I lost 1.3 pounds in 4 days. I think I found my niche. I cut out almost all my sweetener. I have 1 cup in the morning with sweetener. Cream cheese for dinner works well.

#3 Romaine lettuce w/ranch dressing
#4 Mushrooms w/butter & co
#5 Pepperoni chips w/cream cheese

Hi Everyone!

B - chicken broth with 2 tablespoons butter melted in (bullet-proof broth?!)

L - canned white meat chicken with 2 Tbsp mayo, 5 black olives

S - 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts

D - 4 oz 80/20 hamburger patty with 2 Tbsp butter

S - 1 fat bomb (so hard to eat only one)

Totals: 1,417 cals, 124.2g fat, 9.5g carbs, 52.7g protein

Hunger seemed to be contained today.
B- Coffee 1/2 Splenda HH 2tbsp
L- hamburger patty, HB eggs~3, lettuce, blue cheese dsg 2 tbsp
D- 2 yolks, 6 bacon, cream cheese 1.5 tbsp, stevia, whipped cream, cocoa powder
