Hey there N.K. folks, it's SUNDAY! What are you eating?
Good morning! I have a huge pot of bone broth that has simmered for 24 hours now and am aiming to use some today.
bpc and 1 coffee/hwc
bacon, garden tomato, mayo wrapped in a Romaine leaf
leftover zucchini noodles and a wee bit of chicken with broth (chicken noodle soup)
chicken salad on either a paleo wrap or an oopsie

Good morning! I'm doing a fat fast kinda day.
#1 coffee w/hwc and a sf jello
#2 egg muffin w/1tbs sour cream and salsa
#3 same ^
#5 one serving choc pb fat bomb
and water throughout the day
which should total up toooooo: 1,042 calories, 8g net carbs, 34g protein, and 97g fat.
